Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Machine Supervisor to oversee machine operations, production schedules, and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily injection molding machine operations. Set up, adjust, and monitor molding parameters for optimum output. Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality standards are met. Lead and train machine operators and production staff. Troubleshoot machine issues and minimize downtime. Maintain proper documentation of production and machine performance. Enforce safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
