Infrastructure System Engineer

Role Overview: As a Virtualization Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing virtualization environments using VMware ESXi, Nutanix AHV, and Citrix XenServer. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and availability of virtualized systems by implementing HA and fault-tolerance features, automating tasks, and providing advanced technical support for escalated issues. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy, configure, and manage VMware ESXi, Nutanix AHV, and Citrix XenServer environments. - Manage VM lifecycle operations including creation, migration, cloning, and template management. - Implement and manage HA and fault-tolerance features within virtualization platforms. - Perform upgrades, patching, cluster maintenance for hypervisors. - Strong understanding of Storage and Networking concepts in Virtual environments. - Monitor and troubleshoot virtualization environments for performance and availability issues. - Automate VM provisioning, migration, and configuration using PowerCLI, Ansible, or Prism APIs. - Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues related to VMs and virtualization platforms. - Possess 5+ years of strong experience on Hypervisors. Qualification Required: - Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written). - Ability to work independently and within a team. - Adaptability. - Proactive and work ethic. - Cross-functional collaboration.
