Summary:As an Infrastructure Monitoring Practitioner, you will be responsible for performing event monitoring of system-generated and manual identification of events (non-voice) related to Cohesity Backup Administration. Your typical day will involve monitoring and troubleshooting backup issues, ensuring data integrity and availability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and troubleshoot backup issues related to Cohesity Backup Administration, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions, including backup and recovery strategies, data retention policies, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Perform regular backups and maintenance tasks, including backup scheduling, backup verification, and backup reporting.
  • Maintain and update backup policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution related to backup and recovery processes.
    Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills:Strong experience Cohesity Backup Administration.
  • Good To Have Skills:Experience in backup and recovery strategies, data retention policies, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Solid understanding of backup and recovery processes, including backup scheduling, backup verification, and backup reporting.
  • Experience in maintaining and updating backup policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills related to backup and recovery processes.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cohesity Backup Administration.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in information technology, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
