Key Skills Required :

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience
• The Ability to:
• Maintain and troubleshoot solutions and remote management of device lifecycle in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Act as a level 3 escalation point for operational tickets in all aspects of Device Lifecycle Management
• Analyze and document trends and identify recommendations for solutions and streamlining
• Experience with:
• ServiceNow
• Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Microsoft PowerShell
• Jira
• Confluence
• Good knowledge of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfort working in complex and large-scale environments
• Successful track record delivering quality results on complex cross-functional projects
