Infrastructure Automation Lead

As an AI Automation Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions within your organization's IT operations and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the vision and roadmap for AI-driven automation and AIOps initiatives. - Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and align solutions with business objectives. - Champion the adoption of AI automation practices and technologies across various departments. - Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end AI automation solutions. - Oversee the implementation of AIOps platforms and tools for incident detection and automated remediation. - Drive the integration of Generative AI models and frameworks to enhance automation capabilities. - Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform. - Utilize Ansible for automated system configuration and deployment. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of automation engineers. - Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team. - Implement GitOps practices to streamline deployment processes. - Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices. - Monitor and optimize the performance of AI automation solutions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management/Architecture. - 2 to 5 years of experience in leading teams in automation solutions. - Deep expertise in AIOps principles and experience with AIOps platforms and tools. - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts and models. - Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. - Extensive experience with Ansible and configuration management tools. - Solid understanding of cloud platforms and their automation capabilities. - Experience with scripting languages like Python for automation and AI/ML development. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.,
