As a Technical Authority Expert at Ericsson, you will play a crucial role in the Managed Services department, contributing to the success of Ericsson Operations Engine projects. Your expertise will guide projects through various stages, ensuring successful outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, maintain, and enhance automation-based solutions with a focus on troubleshooting when necessary. - Drive improvement in recovery processes to enhance operational efficiency. - Provide technical support to domain support and automated operations teams. - Collaborate with the automation and analytics team, leveraging your domain knowledge. - Create and refine automated Service Delivery methodologies. - Analyze trends to proactively identify potential service disruptions for quick resolution. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Ericsson Operations Engine - Mode Of Operations. - Strong understanding of Automation principles. - Excellent troubleshooting skills. - Knowledge of Network Performance and E2E Customer Experience. - Familiarity with Network Virtualization and Telecom Domain. - Experience in Problem Management and Incident Management. - Competence in Ericsson Customer Experience Assurance (CEA). - Exposure to MS TOP, Customer Experience Improvement, and Service Request Fulfilment (OMS). - Background in System Administration and Data Security.
