Infra Network on Chip (NoC) - HW Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Qualcomm India Private Limited's Engineering Services Group, particularly the Program Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the program execution of complex Network on Chip IPs, ensuring they meet schedule, performance, power, and cost requirements. - Lead, drive, and influence the execution of complex programs to ensure successful and timely delivery of high-quality products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project schedules, resource plans, and overall project plans. - Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, troubleshoot program issues, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Track key metrics, manage program teams, identify program issues and risks, and create risk mitigation plans. - Promote program vision and objectives within your team, support process adoption, and identify process improvement opportunities. Qualification Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Have at least 4 years of Program Management or related work experience. - Experience with program management tools, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with ASIC lifecycle development will be advantageous.,
