Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in Container Management, Cloud Security, and Electronic Payments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Amazon Kubernetes Services, Datadog, and Ansible. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required. Responsibilities - Lead the planning and execution of projects related to container management and cloud security. - Oversee the deployment and management of Kubernetes clusters to ensure optimal performance. - Provide technical guidance on Docker and Kubernetes best practices to the development team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Amazon Kubernetes Services into existing infrastructure. - Monitor system performance using Datadog and implement necessary improvements. - Automate deployment processes using Ansible to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention. - Ensure the security and compliance of cloud environments in accordance with industry standards. - Develop and maintain documentation for all implemented solutions and processes. - Conduct regular reviews and audits of system configurations to identify potential vulnerabilities. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals. - Mentor junior team members and provide training on new technologies and methodologies. - Analyze project requirements and develop detailed project plans to meet deadlines and budget constraints. - Report on project progress and performance metrics to senior management. Should have hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Datadog. Must be skilled in using Ansible for automation of deployment processes. Should have a solid understanding of the electronic payments domain.
