Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Expert with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Splunk Admin and SRE with a preference for those with experience in Retail Banking. This hybrid role offers a day shift schedule and does not require travel. The successful candidate will contribute to optimizing our infrastructure and enhancing operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Splunk environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Implement SRE practices to enhance system reliability and reduce operational toil.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline infrastructure management tasks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze system logs and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures to protect company data.
  • Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning to support business growth.
  • Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate expertise in Splunk Admin with a proven track record of managing complex environments.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of SRE principles and practices to enhance system reliability.
  • Possess experience in Retail Banking which is considered a valuable asset.
  • Show proficiency in scripting languages for automation purposes.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adapt to a hybrid work model with a focus on collaboration and productivity.
