Job Title Infra Architect Responsibilities A day in the life of an Infoscion Architecture DesignDevelop automation architecture that integrates with existing systems, and supports scalability, adhering to security standards. Technical LeadershipProvide technical leadership and direction to the automation developers, ensuring the BOTs align with architectural plans. Mentoring the junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Solution evaluationAssessing appropriate tools and technologies determining suitability, based on technical requirements and business goals. Technical knowledgeDeep understanding of Automation Technologies (e.g. RPA). Enterprise applications, Database systems, and IT Infra. Leverage expertise in Public Cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS & GCP to optimize infrastructure deployment and management. Design efficient process and automation for patch management across Servers, Databases, End User devices, Firewalls, etc Troubleshooting abilitiesProficiency in identifying potential technical challenges and devising innovative solutions. Modelling softwareMS Visio, Lucid Chart or similar, for Architecture diagrams, visualization purpose, and demonstrate workflow of automated solutions. Technical and Professional Requirements: Deep understanding of Infra components – Platform, Middleware, Storage & Backup for both On-prem and Cloud Experience in Monitoring and Orchestration tools Good working experience on Infra Automation design and implementation Familiarity with SRE operating models and methodologies. Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks. Strong proficiency in Firewall technologies and cloud platforms. Working experience in IT Service Management Experience in implementation of automation driving applications in remote delivery setup. Good business and operational acumen to articulate business benefits of Automation. Fluent spoken and written English.
