As an MIS Executive for handling Call Center Operations related reports, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage and analyze data using Excel. You will play a crucial role in generating accurate reports to support operational decision-making within the call center environment. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong proficiency in Excel and be able to work with large datasets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to produce meaningful reports for call center operations. - Developing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets to track key performance indicators and operational metrics. - Collaborating with the team to identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to improve operational efficiency. - Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in all reports produced. - Supporting management in making informed decisions based on the analysis of the reports generated.
