Job Description

The role of an Information Security Officer (ISO) at Deutsche Bank involves being aligned to a portfolio of applications as an Application ISO. As an ISO, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Information Security Principles in the operational aspects. You will serve as the primary contact for all information security relevant matters within your area of responsibility. Your reporting lines will be disciplinary to your Line Manager and functional to the Divisional CISO. You will have ownership and responsibility for the assigned IT assets in alignment with the DB Group Information Security management processes and the Divisional ISMS. Supporting the development and maintenance of Information Security policies and procedures, managing IS Risks within the defined Risk Appetite, executing IS Risk assessments and compliance evaluations, implementing Identity and Access Management Processes, and ensuring accurate documentation of information security risk management will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to the Information Security incident management process, liaise with necessary parties, deliver items during audits, and stay informed of Information Security Principles. Your skills should include a minimum of 8 years of business experience in operation management/risk management, knowledge of various banking products, Information Security Controls, Data Protection Policy, and strong communication skills. Ability to multitask, manage deliverables, communicate effectively, and work as a team player are essential. Desirable skills include technical understanding of business operations, electronic banking products, computer proficiency, innovation in work approach, and strong analytical and people management skills. A Graduation degree is required along with CRISC certification, and desired certifications include CISA/CISM/CISSP.
