Be at the forefront of technical communication by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to create, enrich, and deliver high-quality content at an accelerated pace. Complement this with innovative, impactful graphics and videos to effectively onboard and engage customers. -
Deliver Real-Time In-App Guidance:
Design and deliver impactful in-app messages, tooltips, and walkthroughs that provide users with the right information, right when they need it, directly within the product interface. -
Craft World-Class Content:
Create and maintain a wide range of clear, concise, and user-centric content, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles. -
Data-driven documentation innovations:
Analyze how customers consume your content, review common customer queries, and use these insights to make informed decisions that improve documentation engagement and drive greater feature adoption. -
Be a Strategic Partner:
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Support teams to deeply understand our products and transform complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content. -
Champion the User Voice:
Act as an advocate for the user, using feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve the quality, usability, and impact of your content. -
Own the Documentation Lifecycle:
Manage content from initial draft to final publication, ensuring everything is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our style and quality standards.
What Youll Bring to the Team

Experience:
3 to 6 years in a technical writing role, preferably in the SaaS, cloud, storage, or data protection industry. -
Exceptional Communication:
A master of the English language with impeccable writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. -
Technical Curiosity:
You love demystifying complex technical topics. A basic understanding of APIs, programming concepts, or cloud architecture is a significant plus. -
Modern Mindset:
An eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially AI-driven content tools and in-app guidance platforms. -
Detail-Oriented & Organized:
A strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment without sacrificing quality. -

Qualifications
