Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain complex

  ETL/ELT workflows

  delivering business-critical data solutions.

• Migrate existing Informatica PowerCenter jobs

  to

  CDI-PC/IDMC.

• Implement

  cloud-based integration solutions

  using Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI).

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot

  complex mappings, workflows, and sessions.
• Implement

  incremental loads

  ,

  CDC (Change Data Capture)

  , and

  delta processing

  .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to

  define data strategies

  for migration and integration projects.
• Implement

  DevOps practices

  for Informatica (Git, Jenkins) and manage

  CI/CD pipelines

  .

• Performance tune

  ETL processes for handling large datasets in batch and real-time environments.
• Mentor junior developers and perform

  code reviews

  to ensure best practices are followed.
• Work in an

  Agile/Scrum environment

  , participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years

  of experience in

  Informatica PowerCenter

  development.
• Strong

  ETL design, development, and performance tuning

  expertise.
• Deep understanding of

  mappings, workflows, sessions

  , and reusable components.
• Experience with

  complex transformations

  (e.g., XML, Java, mapplets).
• Proven expertise in

  debugging and troubleshooting

  failed ETL jobs.

• Hands-on experience

  with

  Informatica Cloud/CDI-PC/IDMC

  (Cloud Data Integration).

• On-prem to cloud migration experience

  – planning, assessment, and execution.
• Knowledge of

  Application Integration

  (APIs, workflows).

• Unix basics (

  navigating directories, viewing/editing files, handling permissions, and writing basic shell scripts

  ).

• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

  for Informatica Cloud deployments.

• Strong SQL skills

  (Oracle & SQL Server) and deep understanding of

  data warehousing concepts

  .
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum environments

  .
• Excellent

  problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management

  skills.
