Job Description

As an application developer, your role involves interpreting application/feature/component design specifications and developing them accordingly. You will be responsible for coding, debugging, testing, documenting, and communicating product/component/feature development stages. Your key responsibilities include selecting appropriate technical options for development, optimizing efficiency, cost, and quality, and influencing customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will set FAST goals for yourself and the team, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to engineering processes and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret application/feature/component design specifications - Code, debug, test, and document product/component/feature development stages - Validate results with user representatives and integrate the overall solution - Select appropriate technical options for development - Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality - Influence and improve customer satisfaction - Set FAST goals for self/team and provide feedback - Adhere to engineering process and standards - Adhere to project schedule/timelines - Review code for team and peers - Create/review templates, checklists, guidelines, and standards for design/process/development - Define and govern configuration management plan - Review and create unit test cases, scenarios, and execution - Advise Software Developers on design and development - Manage delivery of modules and/or user stories - Perform defect RCA and mitigation - Create and provide input for effort estimation - Consume and contribute to project-related documents - Execute and monitor release process - Contribute to the creation of design/architecture - Clarify requirements and provide guidance to the development team - Set FAST goals, provide feedback, and ensure team engagement - Take relevant domain/technology certifications Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Informatica Administration, Informatica MDM - Experience in installing, configuring, and administering the Informatica platform - Experience in Informatica Power Center 10x, Informatica MDM 10x, Product360 10x Systems Administration - Experience in upgradation of Informatica platforms to higher versions - Knowledge of Oracle DB, Unix, WebLogic administration - Additional skills in Kafka configuration In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the job also requires familiarity with various software programs/modules, functional and technical designing, programming languages, DBMS, operating systems, software platforms, software development life cycle, Agile/Scrum/Kanban methods, IDE, RAD, modelling technology and languages, IDL, and a deep understanding of the customer domain and subdomain being addressed.,
