In this role, you will collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure a seamless operating environment for Informatica MDM and associated platforms. You will mentor peers and application developers, manage day-to-day administration tasks, and monitor the end-to-end data integration environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Informatica MDM and IDMC modules, particularly CDGC, CDMP, and Metadata Command Center. Strong troubleshooting, technical communication, and platform monitoring skills are essential. Experience with Informatica EDC, Axon, and IDMC security configurations will be a plus. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure an effective and efficient operating environment for Informatica MDM and associated platforms. Mentor peers and application developers by offering guidance on best practices and troubleshooting; effectively communicate complex technical issues to business analysts and end users. Monitor, troubleshoot, and manage the end-to-end data integration environment, including data sources, workflows, transformations, operating systems, applications, app servers, and networks. Perform day-to-day administration tasks such as user creation, folder creation, and configuring database connections. Raise and manage case tickets with the Informatica support team to resolve issues and enhance platform functionality. Actively monitor both actual and forecasted platform usage to ensure optimal performance and resource allocation. Must-Have Skills: Hands-on experience in administering Informatica MDM (Master Data Management) environments. Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with the following IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) modules: CDGC (Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog) CDMP (Cloud Data Marketplace) Metadata Command Center Strong proficiency in configuring and creating scan resources of various types, metadata extraction, metadata profiling, business terms association, attribute management, data domains, and data rules. Nice-to-Have Skills: Prior experience with Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) or Axon tools. Understanding of Informatica software security models and overall IDMC architecture. Familiarity with AD authentication models and LDAP integration. Experience with SAML/SSO configuration for IDMC Org/Sub-Org levels. Basic understanding of the IDMC IPU license model. Qualifications: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
