5. Ability to develop and manage infrastructure systems both on-premises and in the cloud
6. Solid SharePoint fundamentals: lists, document libraries, permissions, content types, workflows
7. Strong communication skills for end-user training and support
8. Ability to collaborate with business owners to build and maintain SharePoint solutions
9. Ability to track and resolve issues, including escalation to engineering or Microsoft support
10. Ability to demo Power Platform features and consult on out-of-the-box capabilities
11. Research new Power Platform & SharePoint Online features
