Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end SAP PS configurations, including project definitions, WBS structures, networks, milestones, and settlement profiles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze project management requirements and map them to SAP PS functionalities.
• Work closely with functional teams (FI/CO, MM, SD, PM) to ensure seamless integration between modules and overall business processes.
• Support S/4HANA implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Perform system enhancements, customizations, and troubleshooting in alignment with SAP best practices.
• Develop and document functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Provide post-implementation support, including user training, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying gaps, proposing system improvements, and aligning SAP PS configurations to business needs.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP PS Consultant with strong expertise in configuration and integration.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Implementation or migration projects.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, cost tracking, resource allocation, and billing processes.
• Working knowledge of integration points with FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Exposure to Fiori applications, CDS Views, and SAP Activate methodology will be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with client-facing experience. SAP PS certification preferred but not mandatory.
