Job Overview:The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for leading the business development strategy to acquire new clients, increase revenue, and expand the company’s market presence. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing business development initiatives and managing a team (if applicable). Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue targets. Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and new markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and branding efforts. Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Track and report performance metrics and ROI from business development efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business pipelines. Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior. Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking software. High level of professionalism, drive, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Job Title:Field Sales Executive (FSE) — TIDE Merchant Onboarding ✅ Job Role:To visit local shops, markets, and small businesses to onboard merchants on the TIDE platform by: Opening business accounts for merchants. Activating QR codes. Completing KYC and documentation. Guiding merchants on how to use the TIDE app for transactions. Ensuring QR codes are displayed properly at merchant locations. 🗂️ Key Responsibilities:Identify and meet potential merchants in assigned areas. Pitch TIDE account benefits and QR code services. Collect required documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, etc.). Submit merchant details through the company onboarding app or portal. Follow up to ensure accounts get approved and QR codes are activated. Train merchants on how to accept payments and track transactions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly onboarding targets. Maintain daily visit and onboarding reports. Resolve merchant queries with help from the support team. 🎯 Skills Required:Good communication and convincing skills. Basic understanding of digital payments and UPI QR codes. Field sales experience preferred (banking/fintech/payments). Should own a smartphone and be comfortable using apps. Local area knowledge is a must. Two-wheeler preferred for field travel.
