About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional Growth Strategy Manager to join our team. This high-visibility role is critical to ramping up parallel execution of growth projects that tangibly impact Infoedges flagship business – Naukri.com. You will work closely with senior leadership, collaborate cross-functionally, and be responsible for identifying, driving, and executing high-priority growth initiatives. Responsibilities: 1. Develop & execute key growth strategies to drive platform and revenue acceleration for Naukri. 2. Lead and manage cross-functional projects involving Sales, Product, GTM, Marketing, Technology & Operations. 3. Drive structured problem-solving to identify new revenue streams, scale existing business lines, and improve customer experience. 4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring strategic initiatives to life from ideation through execution. 5. Analyze business performance, deliver actionable insights, and track the success of implemented strategies. 6. Prepare presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. 7. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform decision-making. Ideal Candidate: 1. Experience: 5-8 years in Consulting, Revenue Growth/Strategy role at a start-up, or Strategy/Planning division within a reputed corporate. 2. Execution-Driven: Proven track record of converting strategy into impact, with hands-on end-to-end project management. Strategic Acumen: Comfortable with business modeling, hypothesis-driven problem solving, and translating insights into recommendations. 3. Cross-functional Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating initiatives across teams. 4. Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, with excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills. 5.
