As we grow across domestic and international markets, we are seeking a motivated junior B2B Sales Executive to support our business development efforts. Position Summary: As an Accounts Executive, you will help expand our client base in the media distribution and monitoring sector. You will engage with potential customers, understand their content workflows and monitoring needs, and communicate how our SaaS products deliver value. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and qualify leads in the media distribution, monitoring, and communications sectors. Conduct research to identify key decision-makers in media houses, PR agencies, and corporate comms teams. Initiate outbound communication through email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events. Set up and participate in product demos and discovery calls to understand client needs. Support the sales team in managing the full pipeline and updating CRM records using Zoho CRM. Develop lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies. Track competitor offerings and industry trends related to media monitoring, real-time alerts, and distribution platforms. Required Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development (SaaS experience in the media sector preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Interest in how news, press releases, and media intelligence flow across platforms. Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software. Curiosity about the role of data, AI, and automation in modern media tracking and distribution. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in media tech, PR tech, or communications SaaS companies. Understanding of how media monitoring tools are used for tracking, crisis communication, or competitive intelligence. Knowledge of industry players in the media distribution or analytics space.

Key Responsibilities of SAAS SALES HEAD Sales Leadership & Ownership Own and drive the entire sales function for the SaaS business with accountability for revenue, pipeline growth, and new client acquisition. Implement sales strategies to grow in media and enterprise sectors. Handle the sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals. Client Engagement & Growth Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key clients to secure renewals, upsells, and long-term partnerships. Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and retention. Establish a performance-driven culture with clear targets, accountability, and recognition. Market & Strategy Stay ahead of SaaS, media-tech, and enterprise digital transformation trends to identify emerging opportunities. Provide marketing intelligence and collaborate to design campaigns, events, and initiatives that generate qualified leads. Required Skills & Experience 10- 20 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, including at least 5 years in SaaS sales leadership roles. Strong track record of independently closing complex SaaS deals with enterprise clients. Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills. Proficiency with CRM and sales automation platforms (Zoho CRM experience a plus). Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Media, Communications, or related field. Preferred Prior experience selling SaaS in the media, PR, or communications technology sectors. Exposure to the Indian enterprise and media-tech landscape. Multilingual kills (Hindi/Tamil and another regional language) advantageous.
