About the Role:

Influencer Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build & scale

    the influencer marketing program aligned with D2C & Q-commerce growth goals.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage a diverse roster of

    Micro, Nano, Macro, and Celebrity influencers

    across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms (e.g., Moj, Josh, etc.).
  • Drive

    performance-based influencer campaigns

    focused on ROI, CPA, CAC, and other relevant metrics.
  • Plan and execute monthly/quarterly influencer calendars for

    product launches, moment marketing, and seasonal campaigns

    .
  • Utilize tools like

    Upfluence, Aspire, Winkl, Influencity, Qoruz, or similar platforms

    to manage campaigns, track performance, and streamline reporting.
  • Coordinate influencer content development to ensure messaging consistency with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, incentives, and commission models based on performance or barter.
  • Collaborate with in-house teams (performance, creative, PR) to amplify influencer content across paid and organic channels.
  • Track and report on KPIs — impressions, reach, engagement, traffic, sales, etc., and

    optimize based on insights

  • Keep up with

    trends, competitor strategies, and emerging creators

    in the Q-commerce/D2C space.
  • Build and lead a small internal team or agency relationships as scale grows.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of experience in

    influencer marketing

    with at least 2+ years in

    D2C or Q-commerce brands

    .
  • Strong

    network and relationships with Micro to Celebrity influencers

    in the lifestyle, food, beauty, wellness, or consumer goods space.
  • Hands-on experience with

    influencer platforms & campaign management tools

    (e.g., CreatorIQ, Qoruz, Winkl, Upfluence, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to build programs

    from scratch and scale

    them effectively.
  • Deep understanding of

    social commerce, attribution, and performance metrics

    .
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Creative eye for influencer content and storytelling.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills – ability to link influencer ROI to sales and brand KPIs.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience with

    affiliate-led influencer campaigns

  • Working knowledge of

    performance marketing funnels

    and integration with Meta/Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of regional influencers and vernacular creators.
