The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, 3PL coordination, demand forecasting, and last-mile delivery in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory & Warehouse Management Monitor stock levels across own warehouses, 3PLs, dark stores, and quick commerce distribution points. Optimize reorder levels to ensure high availability while minimizing holding costs. Manage dispatch SLAs and daily order fulfillment targets. 2. Demand Planning & Forecasting Create accurate forecasts based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonal events. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for new launches and campaigns. 3. Quick Commerce Fulfillment Ensure real-time stock syncing with platforms like Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket , etc. Manage replenishment cycles to quick commerce dark stores and avoid stockouts or overstocking. Track fill rates, TATs, and penalties with each Q-commerce partner. 4. Logistics & 3PL Coordination Oversee relationships with logistics partners (last-mile & 3PL warehousing). Track delivery performance and returns, and implement process improvements. Evaluate courier partners on cost, coverage, and efficiency. 5. Systems & Process Optimization Implement or upgrade inventory management tools (Unicommerce, Ezee commerce,Vinculum, EasyEcom, etc.). Build scalable SOPs for order flow, packaging, and reverse logistics. Key Requirements: 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or quick commerce . Strong understanding of operations in quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.). Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERPs. Ability to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and reduce supply chain costs. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience scaling a high-SKU or multi-warehouse brand.
