Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Plan and execute influencer campaigns that align with brand goals and marketing calendar.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and agencies.
Maintain and update influencer databases, ensuring a healthy mix of nano, micro, and macro creators.
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI).
Work closely with the content and brand teams to ensure consistent communication and creative output.
Stay updated with influencer trends, social media algorithms, and platform best practices.
