Primary Title (standardized):

Influencer Marketing Specialist | Location: India (On?site)Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: brief creation, creator selection, content timelines, and delivery checks to meet brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Source, evaluate and cultivate relationships with creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube; negotiate terms and coordinate contracts and payments.
  • Develop concise creative briefs and approve content to ensure on?brand messaging, FTC/compliance adherence and quality standards.
  • Track campaign performance and deliver weekly reports on reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI; recommend optimizations to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with brand, creative, and paid media teams to align influencer assets with larger campaign strategies and repurpose content for owned channels.
  • Maintain an up-to-date creator database and manage campaign budgets, timelines and post?campaign reconciliations.
