As a Short-Form Video Content Creator specializing in Instagram Reels, you will be based in Saket, New Delhi, working onsite at our art workshop/factory. Whether you choose to work full-time or part-time, your main focus will be on creating daily content that visually narrates the story of our growing art and production studio. Your responsibilities will include shooting and editing daily reels that showcase our factory processes, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and finished pieces. You will be expected to conceptualize and capture engaging short-form video content while collaborating closely with our studio/factory team to plan and execute daily shoots. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering edited content optimized for Instagram, staying updated on current trends in short-form content, music, and editing styles. The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in shooting and editing reels or short-form videos, either professionally or personally. Strong visual storytelling instincts, proficiency in mobile video tools or software like CapCut, InShot, and Premiere Rush, and the ability to work independently onsite are essential qualities we are looking for. A creative eye for framing, detail, and rhythm will set you apart in this role. If you have a background in visual arts, film, or media, or if you are already active on Instagram with a creative portfolio, that would be considered a bonus.
