Roles and Responsibilities :- Roles and Responsibilities:- ( Detailing Department ) Key Responsibilities :- 1. Shop Drawings: Generate detailed shop drawings for fabrication and construction using TEKLA OR AUTOCAD, ensuring they are accurate and include all necessary specifications. 2. Coordination: Collaborate with designers and checkers to understand the design intent and ensure that shop drawings reflect these accurately. 3. Compliance: Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant standards and codes, as well as client specifications. 5. Record Keeping: Maintain a comprehensive database of drawings and revisions for project documentation and future reference. 6. Software Proficiency: Utilize CAD software,Tekla and other like MBS detailing efficiently, staying updated with the latest versions and features. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 1. Accuracy of Shop Drawings: Measured by the error rate detected in drawings. 2. Timeliness: Completion of detailing tasks within or ahead of deadlines. 3. Contribution to Project Success: Involvement in projects that meet or exceed client expectations. 4. Innovation: Implementation of new techniques or tools that improve detailing efficiency or quality. 5. Teamwork and Collaboration: Active participation in team meetings, constructive peer reviews, and support for colleagues.

To drive the sales of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions by identifying and closing new project opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding the customer base in Maharashtra and adjoining regions. The role requires hands-on experience in the construction/industrial sales sector with a focus on steel buildings or infrastructure. 2. Key Responsibilities Responsibility Lead Generation Identify and develop leads from online portals, industry events, referrals, consultants, architects, and construction networks. Client Meetings Conduct regular meetings with prospective clients (contractors, developers, factories, architects) to understand requirements. Proposal Coordination Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Estimation) to prepare technical and commercial proposals. Order Closure Negotiate contracts and close orders by meeting client expectations on pricing, quality, and timelines. Market Research Track competitors, pricing trends, and upcoming infrastructure and industrial projects in the assigned region. CRM and Reporting Update all interactions and leads in CRM, provide weekly funnel reports, order conversion data, and MIS. Relationship Building Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business. Cross-functional Coordination Work with the detailing, production, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
