Position: Chartered Accountant (Finance & accounts) Experience: 2–4 years Location: Gurgaon (on-site) Role Summary: Seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in SAP, project accounting, and management information systems (MIS) reporting. The candidate will support timely financial close, project cost tracking, variance analysis, and MIS delivery to management and project teams. Key Responsibilities Project Accounting Track and analyze all financial transactions by project, allocate costs and revenues, enforce cost controls and budgeting. Perform variance analysis and profitability assessments to guide decision making. SAP Support SAP configuration, master data hygiene or month‑end close using SAP. MIS & Management Reporting Prepare regular MIS outputs, including dashboards, financial and project-specific KPI summaries, cash-flow monitoring, and budget vs actual reports. Present reports in reader-friendly formats to stakeholders and senior management. Financial Close & Statutory Compliance Contribute to month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes; prepare and reconcile P&L, balance sheet entries, and project-driven accounting adjustments. Provide audit support, collaborate with internal/external auditors on validations, and generate necessary statutory packages. Working knowledge of Ind‑AS / GAAP, and compliance standards relevant to Indian financial reporting. Ability to interpret and articulate financial data clearly. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Eye for detail, analytical mindset, timely and accurate delivery orientation. Proactive approach to process improvements and automation.
