Job Description

Ensuring mock surveys are done quarterly in each clinicTraining staff on any new policy and procedures used in the clinics after approval by the governing body
Conducts surveillance prevention measures, staff education, analysis and management of data relative to infections
Monitors and evaluates quality and appropriateness of program activities to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
Manages data collection/analysis/and maintenance for hospital wide infection control and clinical employee health programs
Provides support services for hospital wide infection control
Demonstrate the ability to identify infectious disease processes
Survey and investigate epidemiologic events
Use evidence based practice and regulatory requirements to prevent and control the transmission of infectious agents
Maintain collaborative accountability for ensuring Employee Health and Safety is met
Utilize professional communication and management skills to develop policies,
