Role Overview: As an Industry Strategy Resources Consultant Analyst at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be to conduct market research and analysis within the Resources industry. You will work closely with clients to identify strategic goals and develop comprehensive plans to address challenges such as competition, regulatory issues, and technological advancements. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies, creating business cases for initiatives, and tracking the value realization of implemented strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Resources industry. - Develop and execute strategies to address challenges facing Resources companies. - Create business cases for strategic initiatives and evaluate financial feasibility and benefits. - Develop frameworks and methodologies to measure the value realization of strategies. - Identify strategic cost take-out opportunities and drive business transformation. - Partner with CEOs to architect future-proof operating models. - Support clients in their inorganic growth agenda, including target screening, due diligence, and post-merger integration. - Implement intelligent operations strategies using advanced analytics, automation, and AI technologies. - Design digital strategy initiatives leveraging technologies like SAP, Cloud, and AI. - Manage organizational change associated with strategic initiatives. - Develop clean energy strategies for transitioning to sustainable sources. - Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate strategic plans and recommendations. - Monitor industry trends and provide insights to clients. - Participate in the development of thought leadership content on industry topics. - Continuously learn the latest skills in strategy and digital technologies for personal development. Qualifications Required: - MBA from a tier 1 institute. - 4+ years' experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, Mergers & Acquisitions, etc. - Prior experience in Chemicals, Energy, Utilities, Mining, or Metals industry. - Strong skills in Market Assessment & Sizing, Corporate Strategy, Growth & Innovation, and more.
