Territory & beat planning: Weekly routes across SIDCUL Haridwar (IIE/Ranipur), Rudrapur–Pantnagar (SIDCUL), Sitarganj (IIE), Kashipur (IIE), Selaqui (Dehradun), Roorkee–Bhagwanpur. Door-to-door coverage: Factory-gate cold visits and office walk-ins as per beat; maintain gate entries/visitor logs. Lead generation & contact mapping: Identify Purchase, EHS/Safety, HR, Maintenance, and Stores decision-makers; record phone, email, designation. Qualification & appointments: Qualify via BANT; schedule demos and plant meetings; prepare site-need checklists. Pipeline ownership: Coordinate quotes with Inside Sales; negotiate within authority; convert to POs and confirmed orders. Execution coordination: Align stock, delivery, installation/service with Purchase/Stores/Dispatch; share PO/DO/GRN details. Collections support: Follow up as per credit terms; help reduce DSO and resolve payment issues. Market intelligence: Track competitor pricing/schemes, new projects/tenders; submit a weekly intel note. Reporting & CRM hygiene: Daily DSR by 7 PM; update CRM stages/next actions; submit a weekly funnel (Leads→Quotes→Orders). Compliance & safety: Follow site PPE norms; adhere to company SOPs and pricing authority matrix. Deliverables cadence: Daily: DSR + CRM updates + next-day route.
