Role Overview: You will be joining our team as an Entry Level Industrial Designer, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your creative and innovative skills. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating design concepts, developing prototypes, and contributing to the product development process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop concepts for new and existing products. - Create 2D/3D sketches, renderings, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas and concepts. - Utilize 3D CAD software to develop detailed models and specifications that meet project requirements. - Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are feasible and meet technical specifications. - Conduct user studies and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improvements. - Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes to incorporate into designs. - Communicate and present design concepts effectively to internal teams and stakeholders. - Assist in the development of product documentation, including user manuals and specifications. Qualification Required: - Completed Bachelor or Master degree with a minimum 7.0 CGPA in Industrial Design or Product Design. - Freshers are eligible to apply with maximum total experience not exceeding 1 year. Additional Details: You will receive a stipend during the Training Period, with INR 25,000/month for Bachelor's degree holders and INR 30,000/month for Master's degree holders. Upon successful completion of training and evaluation, you will be offered full-time employment with a revised salary package. Comprehensive medical insurance will also be provided for employees.,
