Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Leads, trains, and mentors a team of industrial painters, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.

Quality Control:

Inspects completed work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.

Surface Preparation:

Prepares surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling imperfections, and applying primers.

Coating Application:

Applies various coatings using sprayers, brushes, or rollers, ensuring proper coverage and finish.

Material Management:

Maintains an inventory of painting materials and equipment, ensuring necessary supplies are available.

Safety Compliance:

Enforces safety procedures and regulations related to the handling of paints, solvents, and equipment.

Project Coordination:

Collaborates with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of painting tasks.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance:

Operates and maintains various painting equipment, including sprayers, air compressors, and other tools.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnoses and resolves issues related to coating application, equipment malfunctions, or surface imperfections.

Documentation:

Maintains records of work performed, materials used, and any relevant safety data.

Skills and Qualifications:

Advanced Painting Skills:

Proficient in various painting techniques, including spraying, brushing, and rolling.

Required skills and Qualification:

* Minimum 5+ years of hands-on painting experience in painting
