As an Industrial Doctor in Oman, your role involves providing medical support and occupational health services for employees working in industrial and project sites. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting medical examinations such as pre-employment, periodic, and fitness-to-work assessments. - Providing primary healthcare and emergency medical care for employees on-site. - Monitoring and managing occupational health risks, workplace hazards, and industrial safety compliance. - Maintaining medical records and preparing health reports adhering to company and regulatory standards. - Promoting health awareness and implementing preventive care programs for employees. - Supporting workplace injury management and coordinating with hospitals/clinics when necessary. - Ensuring compliance with Oman labor laws, health, and safety regulations. To qualify for this position, you need: - MBBS / MD / equivalent medical degree from a recognized university. - Valid license to practice medicine (Oman MOH / eligibility preferred). - Minimum 35 years of experience in industrial/occupational health or a related field (Gulf experience preferred in Oil & Gas). - Certification in Occupational Health / Industrial Medicine (preferred). - BLS / ACLS certification preferred. - Strong knowledge of occupational health standards, emergency care, and preventive health practices. - Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
