Industrial Designer Lead Retail & Display Systems

We are looking for a highly skilled Industrial Designer to lead the design of our retail brand experiences. As an Industrial Designer at Ultrahuman, you will be responsible for creating tabletop POS displays, wall units, kiosks, exhibition booths, and store-in-store environments that embody our brand's futuristic aesthetic and human-first design ethos. Your role will involve designing and developing display systems for Ultrahuman wearables and supplements, creating immersive retail brand environments and exhibition setups, translating brand identity into physical formats, rapid prototyping, collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating graphics and interactive elements, managing vendor handovers, and exploring emerging tools and workflows for design. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop display systems for Ultrahuman wearables and supplements. - Create immersive retail brand environments and exhibition setups. - Translate brand identity into physical formats through lighting, materials, layout, and motion. - Rapidly prototype and render concepts in 3D, iterating based on feedback. - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail operations, and product teams. - Integrate graphics, digital displays, and interactive elements within installations. - Manage vendor handovers, material specifications, and production drawings. - Explore emerging tools and workflows for design enhancements. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in industrial design with a focus on retail environments. - Strong aesthetic sense and portfolio reflecting minimal, futuristic work. - Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools. - Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic layouts and designs. - Deep knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and vendor interactions. - Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly. - Passion for designing for physical interaction and user experience. - Global mindset and understanding of packaging compliance. - Preferred experience in Consumer Electronics. - Supplier network and existing relationships with material vendors.
