Industrial Automation & BMS Trainer - Project Engineer

Job Description: As an Automation Trainer at our company in Annanagar, Chennai, you will play a crucial role in training and mentoring students in automation concepts, tools, and best practices. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging lessons to help students grasp key automation technologies effectively. Your passion for teaching, technical expertise in automation, and ability to simplify complex ideas will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct workshops and training programs for candidates - Prepare modules and address student queries - Coordinate, plan, and consult on new technologies - Train students in Automation and BMS including PLC, SCADA, HMI, Electrical, Electronics & VFDs, Electro Hydraulic & Pneumatic, CCTV, ACS, PAGA, LAN and Telephone System, TRS, FIDS, and MCS - Provide training on Industrial Automation such as PLC, SCADA, and HMI to students and professionals - Develop Training Kits, videos, documents, and materials - Offer in-house training and practical sessions to customers, System Integrators, and Sales - Manage training schedules and activities - Deliver seminar presentations to customers remotely using platforms like ZOOM, SKYPE, and Google Teams - Create demo applications for product demonstrations and training - Maintain a repository of technical information related to products - Generate technical content for brochures, data sheets, manuals, and training materials - Travel to customer sites for training sessions as required - Assist as a technical coordinator in the technical support department when needed - Produce engaging digital content for various digital platforms Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in the field of Industrial Automation and BMS - Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, HMI, and other relevant automation technologies - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding - Willingness to travel for customer training sessions Note: Food will be provided, and leave encashment is available.
