We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive / Officer to join our growing team. The role involves field work focused on General Trade sales in the cosmetics and FMCG segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and executing business development strategies in their assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Revenue Generation Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand market reach. Conduct market analysis to stay updated with trends and competitor activity. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Provide after-sales support and address client concerns promptly. 3. Sales Execution Conduct 20–25 field visits daily to promote and sell products. Perform product demonstrations and promotional activities at retail points. Execute sales strategies and promotional plans effectively on-ground. 4. Reporting and Documentation Maintain updated records of client interactions, daily activity logs, and market insights. Share daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales pipeline and targets via CRM tools. 5. Collaboration Work closely with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction. Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy. 6. Compliance Adhere to company’s policies and ethical practices. Ensure all sales processes are compliant with applicable industry and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (preferably cosmetics/FMCG). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure. Familiarity with CRM software and basic MS Office tools. Must own a valid driver’s license and be open to daily travel within the assigned territory.
