Indoor Salesman

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Indoor Sales Officer with a background in building materials to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating quotations, closing sales, and providing after-sales support from within the office environment. The role requires deep product knowledge of construction and building materials, excellent customer service, and strong sales skills.

• Handle incoming walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and email communications.
• Understand customer requirements related to building materials and recommend suitable products (e.g., cement, tiles, steel, paints, plumbing items, etc.).
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Maintain strong knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Liaise with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and builders.
• Track and follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Maintain proper records of sales, payments, and customer feedback using CRM or ERP systems.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches.
• Assist outdoor sales teams by providing pricing support, technical specs, and documentation.
