Prepare and submit detailed techno-commercial offers and tender documentation on government procurement platforms such as GEM Portal and BHEL E-Procurement Portal . Manage and promote products and services related to power plants , ensuring alignment with customer needs and compliance with technical specifications. Proactively drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to increase sales of existing products and develop new product lines through global supplier sourcing and market research. Liaise with customers, procurement teams, and engineers to assess project needs, recommend optimal solutions, and determine equipment/system requirements. Collaborate with internal sales teams to provide technical support and ensure accurate communication of customer requirements. Secure and renew purchase orders , coordinate logistics, and maintain active communication with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery. Provide after-sales support , helping clients resolve issues related to installed equipment and suggesting technical improvements. Recommend upgrades and alternatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, or improve plant performance, backed by technical justification. Lead negotiations on tenders, contracts, and pricing , and ensure closure of sales deals by aligning terms and conditions with client expectations.
