Position Summaries: We are seeking reliable Molecular Biology Laboratory professionals to support our diagnostic testing operations. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques and a strong understanding of the clinical laboratory workflow. This role is essential to maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely and accurate test results. Key Responsibilities: Conduct PCR, qPCR, Sanger Sequencing, MLPA and other molecular assays in accordance with laboratory validated protocols. Prepare reagents and master mixes following SOPs and QC requirements. Work collaboratively with laboratory staffs and supervisors to troubleshoot assays or instrumentation. Ensure adherence to NABL and internal quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) standards. Participate in proficiency testing, validation studies, and process improvements as needed. Data compilation, brain storming and academic writing. Clinical corelation and reporting of cases in LIMS. Qualification: Candidates with a Masters and PhD in Molecular Biology and proven track record of Laboratory work in the field of Cancer Biology. Skills Set: Working knowledge of DNA Sequencing, NGS, Sanger and RT-PCR with confidence of start to finish up to Interpretation of Results. Mind Set : The organisation is looking for hardworking candidates who have a growing mind set of Excellence and willing for a continued commitment. Short term training and experience only motive candidates will not be encouraged and accepted. Role Summary The Marketing Executive (with having minimum 2 years of experience) will work with CMD & Sales Head of the organization to support and strengthen the marketing aspects of the company in the form of research support to promote the business growth of the company, Client relationship management, and reporting activities. The role is ideal for individuals who are digitally savvy, analytical, and eager to learn through hands-on business exposure. 1. Functional Responsibilities Research Support: Collect, analyse, and present market and competitor data. Design and execute market research projects, including surveys and interviews. Summarize findings for strategy and decision-making. Marketing Coordination: Assist in campaign management, monitor industry trends, develop marketing materials, track performance, and create reports on marketing effectiveness. · Strategies for brand promotion: Develop various strategies for the new product launch and implement it for brand promotion of the company particularly in the field of Oncology and Gynaecology sector. · Client Relationship Management: Act as liaison between CMD and clients, build professional relationships, resolve queries, and ensure a high standard of customer service.
