What a lovely hotel! Every day, coming home to my comfy room, and enjoying Mandeep, the bartender’s excellent service during Happy Hour, complete with free munchies, was brilliant. I loved swimming in the gorgeous pool, watching nightly music and folk dancing, and soaking in the luxury of this hotel.

Excellent experience with a tour group. Great choice of food, good bar areas in and outside with entertainment. Well decorated, clean rooms, excellent pool area and helpful staff. Good sustainability initiatives too. Deserves ‘luxury’ label.

We really enjoyed our stay at the ITC. Rooms were spacious and kept very clean. Food was excellent with the chefs making effort to accommodate different dietary requirements. Special mention to Puran and Lalil from housekeeping, Nayan at the Bell Desk and Roshan at the hotel entrance.

Great hotel in the center of the city. The guests are treated very well. The property itself is immaculate and clean. The rooms are stunning and the architecture of the place is amazing. The breakfast is great too. Overall I had no complaints and was always happy to walk into the lobby.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were excellent, particularly concierge Manoj who went above and beyond to make our stay successful. We were very well looked after throughout the stay and I would recommend this hotel. The spa was lovely too
