Not as per of Vivanta standards,not even IHCL standards.
Small cramped elevators ,food was crap ,buffet was crap be it dinner or breakfast ,felt like you are having a Rs 500 buffet at a road side dhaba.The service was slow and not as desired.some rooms have wall mirrors and some room doesn't.

During my one-day stay with my family, I had a fantastic experience. The room quality, view ,interior ambience, staff behavior, and variety of cuisines were all excellent. The main building is a bit old, but there are ongoing renovation works to enhance the guest experience.

Front desk manager Nitin was very arrogant and gave 3 different bills, paid last bill 3k less after careful scrutiny. Not sure how such people with immature behaviour are allowed in such positions. Very very bad experience wasted my 1 hr arguing for a proper bill

Very poor treatment to those who come to the event center.They do not allow to park cars inside the compound even if parking is available saying it's reserved for people coming to the hotel.We were directed to park in outside pay & park at our own expense.
