Key Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of Indian curries and gravies with authentic taste. Handle daily prep work (mise-en-place) and cooking. Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Manage stock, spices, and ingredients efficiently. Train and guide junior kitchen staff when needed. Requirements: Minimum 10 yrs of experience as a Curry Cook or Indian Cuisine Chef Strong knowledge of Indian spices, masalas, and regional curries. Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Working days: 6 Location: Dwarka, New Delhi
