Job Description:
- Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes, including fish, meat, and vegetarian options
- Develop and maintain recipes, ensuring consistency and quality
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and plating
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and specials
- Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills
