They send the msg, but not give the contact number for the correspondence. They change their new cg road office, but never give the address of new office. How can we contact them? They are the most careless persons, they don't bother about the customers.

I wanted to redeem some of my mutual funds but the way their employees behaved was pathetic. Employees in mutual fund dept of this branch needs behavioral training of how to talk to customers.
