Worst experience with IIFL service.. my Dmat account is freezed by IIFL and nobody is helping me out to unfreeze the account. Now I am unable to buy or sell my shares. I am from Kolkata and there is no valid contact number available in their official website and google also. Kindly share valid contact numbers.

My husband have a demat account in iifl. From beginning there was no problem to withdrawl money but now he cannot withdrawl money because they say that the rating is low it is worst experience that from 2 months he cannot withdrawl money. Nobody is helping how the rating will improved we have invested 11lakhs rupee.please help us.

Kept Calling number in Kolkata. No ne answers. Had my father's demat account from Karvy transferred here and have zero response from them. Horrible service.
