This role will lead GCC operations end-to-end , acting as the strategic and cultural anchor for the India site. The Site Lead will own delivery, governance, people, risk, and compliance, working closely with global HQs to build a high-performing, scalable, and innovative offshore center. We are looking for a skilled and experienced SAP FI Consultant with deep expertise in India localization requirements, including GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP FI modules to meet Indian statutory requirements, ensuring end-to-end compliance in financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Configure, support, and enhance SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting with a strong focus on India-specific statutory compliance. Implement and support GST, TDS, Withholding Tax, and e-Invoicing solutions within SAP. Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as MM and SD to ensure accurate taxation flows across modules. Ensure timely compliance with government regulations, including GST returns and TDS filings. Manage integration with third-party tax tools and ASP/GSP portals for e-filing and compliance. Participate in full-cycle SAP implementations, rollouts, and ongoing support activities. Conduct functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deliver user training for FI processes. Provide production support and resolve issues promptly in accordance with SLAs. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI module implementation and support. Strong expertise in India localization, specifically GST, TDS, e-Invoicing, and e-Way Bill. Proficiency with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments. In-depth knowledge of integration points with MM and SD modules for tax-related transactions. Experience working with tax procedures such as TAXINN and TAXINJ. Comprehensive understanding of Indian statutory reporting requirements. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP FI certification is highly desirable.
