Job Description

As an India Client Service Representative working at Deutsche Bank in Bangalore, your role will involve managing communications with clients regarding trade-related queries, ensuring proper trade capture on downstream systems for EMEA/US supported exchanges, resolving issues related to exchange-facing trades, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to efficiently process trades and resolve outstanding issues. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing all communications directly with clients on trade-related queries, including statement generation, daily trade volumes, open position reporting issues, and delivery confirmations/notifications. - Providing due diligence on downstream systems for EMEA/US supported exchanges to ensure proper trade capture for DB cleared client business. - Researching and resolving issues and inquiries regarding exchange-facing trades. - Liaising with clients, client service, trade support, trading desks, reconciliations teams, and outside firms to efficiently process all Top Day business and resolve any outstanding issues. - Interacting with internal and external contacts for the resolution of trade and settlement issues, meeting regular process deadlines, and exceeding client expectations. Your qualifications and experience should include: - Knowledge of Futures & Options business and market. - Understanding of the Futures industry, regulations, clearing, expiration, and brokerage processes. - Experience with GMI/FIS/Docs applications is a positive. - Previous experience in a client-facing role. - Ability to investigate process automation and improvements, document workflows and procedural changes, and enhance the client experience. - Strong oral and written communication skills.
