Key Responsibilities:

• Design and layout of

  K12 educational books, e-learning content, and digital publishing assets

  .
• Create

  engaging illustrations, graphics, and layouts

  that support learning objectives.
• Adapt and modify existing designs to meet project-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with editors, subject matter experts, and production teams to ensure

  design consistency and accuracy

  .
• Work within established brand/style guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideas.
• Ensure

  print-ready and digital-ready output

  with a strong focus on quality and deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate / B.Design preferred

  , with a background in graphic design, publishing, or related fields.
• Prior experience in

  childrens books / K–12 / educational publishing

  strongly preferred.
• Strong

  visualization, creativity, and attention to detail

  .
• Good

  English communication and writing skills

  .
• Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
• A

  positive and collaborative attitude

  with a passion for design and learning.

  Role & responsibilities

Skill Requirements:

• InDesign (Primary – 70%)

  – Strong expertise in page layout, styles, templates, and multi-page book design.

• Photoshop (15%)

  – Image editing, retouching, and enhancement for educational content.

• Illustrator (15%)

  – Vector graphics, icons, and simple illustrations for learning materials.
• Familiarity with

  MAC systems

  and publishing workflows.
• Knowledge of

  publishing standards, color management, and typography
