The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and the ability to travel independently, ensuring that our presence is felt across various campuses in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, as well as in major cities like Hyderabad and Bangalore. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to promote our programs and initiatives. Conduct presentations and workshops to engage students and faculty, showcasing the benefits of our offerings. Manage client interactions and ensure their needs are met effectively and efficiently. Coordinate and participate in campus events, fairs, and other promotional activities. Gather feedback from students and institutions to improve our services and outreach strategies. Prepare reports on campus activities and client interactions to inform management decisions. Work collaboratively with internal teams to align campus engagement strategies with overall business goals. Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Campus Relation Incharge position should meet the following criteria: Education: A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in client management or campus relations. Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse audiences. Excellent management skills to oversee multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Ability to travel independently to various campuses and locations as required. Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for communication and reporting. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with a day schedule, requiring on-site presence. Locations: Opportunities available in Other Maharashtra, Other Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.
